Kevin Busque
Kevin co-founded TaskRabbit — one of the first on-demand labor marketplaces — where he spent seven years helping build it from a kitchen-table idea into a platform used by millions.
He went on to found Guideline, one of the first all-inclusive, fee-free 401(k) platforms built on the conviction that small businesses deserve the same retirement tools as everyone else. Guideline raised over $356M, scaled to $175M ARR, achieved unicorn status, and was acquired for over $1B.
At Talent and Craft, KB brings two decades of building from zero: the early chaos, the hard scaling decisions, and what it actually takes to stay in the room when things get difficult.

Jeremy Caballero
Jeremy has spent 15+ years at the intersection of design and product, building startups from the ground up. He shaped the user experience at TaskRabbit and went on to co-found Guideline as Chief Product Officer — obsessing over making retirement savings simple enough for any small business to adopt.
His philosophy is straightforward: simplicity is earned, not assumed. Good product is good craft.
